The Deep Search Portal is a modern document management system that significantly simplifies and accelerates the search within web documents. The Deep Search Portal evolved from our advasco Aftesales Portal with RMI. With little effort, PDF documents can be converted into HTML 5 fully automatically via drag & drop. This results in web-enabled and mobile-optimized documents that are absolutely flexible in their scaling and therefore equally readable on PC, tablet or smartphone.
The automatic indexing of each document already takes place during the upload. This saves time and simplifies handling for the document provider (e.g. manufacturer). The super-fast loading time when reading the documents as well as the unique accuracy ensure enthusiasm on the user side. Of course, this also applies to extremely large documents with 500 pages and more.
