Smart PhoneTicket-App – the concept

Like our Smart Phone Report app, the advasco Smart Phone Ticket app is available for both IOS and Android. As a pure B2B app, however, it remains hidden from the public. This app cannot be found in an app store. The user group is determined exclusively by the customer. The app is single sign-on capable, so that every user with the login data of a ticket system in the app receives his previous requests in a clear list. The user creates or answers requests with the cell phone.

In case of location-dependent problems, such as a stationary machine on the construction site, the exact location can optionally be transmitted via GPS coordinates. The tedious description of the approach route is no longer necessary. Especially for locations without an address, this function can be extremely helpful for all parties involved.
